Cancellation & No Show Policies

We Value your time and ours, Please review our policies regarding missed, late or cancelled grooming appointments. 

Late arrivals (10+ minutes)
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may make it impossible for us to complete your groom within the scheduled time frame. In the case we can still take your dog, there will be a $15 late fee. In the case that we are unable to take your dog, a fee of 50% of the scheduled grooming service will be charged and your appointment marked as a no-show. You will then be asked to reschedule.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the groom. After two missed appointments, you will be required to leave a 50% deposit of expected grooming cost. This deposit will be deducted from your groom at the time of your appointment. Missed appointments with deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

To avoid charges, appointment changes or cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than one days notice may result in 50% of the scheduled grooming service being charged to the card on file.
